I had a fantastic experience at CERAN.  I thought the quality of the teachers was superb and the organization of the whole curriculum was excellent. I've been bragging about it to everyone I know.  And the food was delicious....a major plus.  I also found the course difficult, but I like a challenge and that's how one learns.
