Medical/Pharmaceutical Expenses

The student’s medical /pharmaceutical expenses will be your responsibility and will be taken from the pocket money or, subject to your agreement, debited from the credit card used to pay for the program.

If not enough pocket money has been brought,

Medical Card

After your child’s stay has been confirmed, you will receive a medical card to complete and send back to the CERAN JUNIORS center at least one week before the beginning of his/her stay.

Billing Information

Once you have completed this form, we will send you an invoice and request a non-refundable deposit of USD 300 to 500. The balance will be due one month before the start of the program

Remarks

The personal information on this registration form will be held on a computer system, which will be used to generate all the documents used in your language course and to keep you informed of changes to CERAN products and services.
