French Language and Provençal Culture
Taking advantage of its location, CERAN Provence now offers exciting new programs which combine French language immersion training (CERAN method) with a unique opportunity to experience and learn about the Provençal culture and tradition.
The morning program includes 4 group lessons (with a maximum of 4 people per group) and personalized language training provided by a highly qualified team of language trainers (as in the standard CERAN group program).
The afternoon program of cultural discovery includes:
- local excursions to scenic attractions (Baux de Provence, Gordes, the Luberon, Roussillon, etc.)
- visits to historic sites (Avignon, the Roman theater of Orange, etc.)
- tasting of local products (wine at Chateauneuf-du-Pape, olive oil, cooking class)
- visits to local craftshops (paper mill, stained-glass window workshop)
At the end of each day, we encourage you to participate in a relaxing evening schedule during which you can interact in local cultural activities organized by an instructor.
The program also includes accommodation in a single/double room with private bathroom, as well as all meals from Sunday evening until the next Friday morning.
